Question 2: If I buy the website, what is it called? - URL would be up to me?

Answer: Yes, you choose your own URL.

The URL (uniform resource locator) is a unique address where the site will be located. You cannot use a URL that already exists, such as

www.resource-vault.com

We very strongly recommend you have your own unique URL e.g. www.mysitename.com. You need to register your URL (domain), and obtain hosting, before you can upload your site to the Internet under that URL.
